    Disappointed not worth buying

    I am giving 1 as there is no option for 0 or negative rating. I bought this in last year June and it stopped working. Since it was within warranty period I called on Jan and till now have not received anything. Everytime I have to call them and there was no communication from them. . Also rose gold coating on the bowl came off after few wash

    Déçus, un produit peu chère oui mais de qualité vraiment médiocre

    J’ai fais deux recettes avec avant de le retourner, une recette de gâteau et même là l’appareil surchauffe et a du mal à mélanger, la deuxième recette était plus du pétrissage pour faire du pain… Bref, surchauffe, énormément de bruit et difficultés à pétrir. L’appareil surchauffe très vite et la distinction entre les vitesses est vraiment faible. De plus pour ajouter de la farine ou autre il faut arrêter l’appareil et relever le socle, très peu pratique. Je ne recommande pas.

    I was looking for something with a stronger wattage than other machines so I had high hopes for this. The fact that it was also pretty was a bonus. Unless you're using it for liquid batter it's useless and even then I probably wouldn't trust it. Definitely couldn't handle cookie dough and not sure why it came with a dough hook because there's no way you could use that. It worked great for all of three times and that was it. The power control dial stopped working and if it did work it came on at high speed right out the gate. The bowl has a copper plastic film that separated when I washed it by hand in the sink. Overall very disappointed with the purchase and not able to return because it was just outside the window. No choice but to toss the entire thing in the garbage.

    Pretty but cheap

    I was excited to get this mixer because of the design but it does feel extremely cheap. My husband accidentally put the attachment in the dishwasher and the coating came off and it is now ruined. Why would you make attachments that aren’t dishwasher safe? The bowl is! Skip and buy the kitchen aid.
