Terrible stuff. Doesn't act as advertised and dust free? No, more like smaller dust that feels like it's cutting your throat & sinuses. Worst purchase in a long time.

I have been using the Fresh Start litter for over 4 years now, along with a PetSafe self cleaning litter box. I’m in a small apartment and there is absolutely no litter box smell with this product. I gave it a 5 star rating, however, it is often out of stock, so i but 3 or 4 when I see it in stock. It has been out of stock for two months, and I’m getting worried as I only have 2 in reserve.

A: My cat got sick with this litter because he was throwing up like white mucus I took him to the veterinarian.I found out the reason is cats litter.I stopped using it and problem solved.Never recommended others to use this litter.

Q: Does this litter absorb the urine or not? Some reviewers say urine pools at the bottom of the litterbox, others say it is absorbed by the crystals. I am confused. I'd like to know so I can decide to buy or not.

A: It pools on the bottom at first after steering it absorbs. My cat digs a lot most of the time so then it absorbs

Q: Would this litter be good for diabetic cats? My one kitty often has "frosty toes" and tracks litter everywhere due to the sticky nature of her urine

A: Silica litter in general is VERY LOW TRACK so yes this might be an appropriate product, however it is not intended or marketed specifically for this purpose.
