A: Mode d'emploi : 1. Placez la tête de la vadrouille au centre du chiffon 2. Posez le chiffon sous la tête de la vadrouille 3. Fixez le chiffon en poussant chaque coin dans les fentes/pinces situées sur la tête de la vadrouille (j'utilise la gomme à effacer au bout d'un crayon pour ménager mes doigts) 4. Essuyez les sols/planchers 5. Retirez le chiffon utilisé et jetez-le dans la poubelle. Ne pas rincer.

Q: My frank 2 in 1 sweeper handle does not stay put. Is there a demo video ? I am not sure whether i have fixed the handle right or have a faulty one ?The handle keeps coming down while cleaning.

A: I have the same issue and it’s my second purchase. thinking this one might be better. I just keep tightening as I go along. Not ideal but.....

Q: This may be a silly question but I bought this and I don't know how to "attach" the cloths..either the dry or wet? Any help appreciated..does it just stick to the mop or am I missing something. Thanks kindly.

A: Directions for use: 1. Place sweeper head in the middle of the mopping cloth 2. Wrap cloth around the sweeper head 3. Secure the cloth in place by pushing the edges of the cloth into the gripper slots on top of the sweeper head 4. Wipe the floor with the cloth

Q: Does the mop head unscrew from the mop stick? Is the pole threaded to use with other attachments?

A: Hello- The mop head is pack separately in the packaging, so yes The mop head does remove from the mop stick. There is no universal thread on mop sticks, the item could fit but we cannot Say that it could be used with other attachments, as we do not have any other Attachments that come with the unit
