Poorly designed strap and retention and whistle

The whistle functions fine- if it actually stays in the wrist strap. P.Poor engineering on the retention. The elastic is insufficient to hold in place, and gets knocked out too easy- running drills and having a glove full of nothing when it’s time to start/end is not effective. Good thing my players like me enough to return the whistle. Oh, and +1 on lack of grip on inside of strap to prevent rotation. I’m working on my own retention solution now- but means added cost.
