The instructions between French and English are different which confuse the installation. The size mentioned on the bon is not right.

Q: Can't get any of the baskets up to the top half of the pole - all four will only fit on the bottom half of the pole! The top pole is too big around for the baskets to slip up to where we want them...what are we doing incorrectly? Is there a video?

A: Parts 'AA' have a removable inner ring. Remove it then place larger rings on the upper tube...I had to use a hammer to . gently force them on it. Should be included in the instructions...but isn't.....frustrating and it took me hours to figure it out Hope this helps

Q: Does it hold small bars of soap without slipping out of the wire mesh? I use small bars of soap for shampoo and am wondering if the mesh is fine enough to prevent the soap from slipping out. Thanks
