Poor customer service

The product was damaged when we got in and I got a $25 rebate you couldn’t give the thing away in the condition it was and I’m disabled so I couldn’t get there to return it I had to pay a neighbor to drive me out there to get it in the first place very disappointed

Great hose. Won't flatten or kink. Easy grip ends like well made tools. Rolls smoothly in and out. Just the right length for my back yard.

Kinks and more kinks

I started off liking this hose because others were stiff and would always kink. Got my first kink on this hose, now it seems like all it does is kinks when i try n use it for my outdoor rink. Its fight with it for 10 minutes to unwind it and un kink it, as you can see its coiled nicely in a warm house, There should be an unsure if i recommend button. When it does kink it works fine, after the first kink its another story
