Female connection end is loose ,noble to tighten up

I bought this hose last spring ,When it is on sale ,I didn’t use it until the fall,I find out the end connection has problem,it is unable to tighten up when you connect it to to nozzle,It splash every where .i try different nozzle,but it is the same.because it iis more than 3 months unable to return it to the store,.very disappointed.
No, I do not recommend this product.

If the rubber washer is missing, perished, or not seated correctly, then that may be the reason you're experiencing a water leak. Hose is less than "heavy duty"

I bought this in 2019 because of the length – 75’ and the claimed “heavy duty”. From the start, this hose kinked quite easily, stopping water flow completely. I always kept it inside a “covered” hose reel so it wasn’t exposed much to the sun except when in use. I started noticing some bulging in 3 spots in the summer of 2020 and finally one spot bursted. I mended it with a connector and kept using it. I did not realize it was still under warranty. Now, it looks like another section or two is about to give way again since they keep kinking at those spots. I am not sure if they honour the warranty. Maybe I’ll try taking it back to Canadian Tire since I was able to find the receipt.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Bought 2. Both split in the same spot from heat. We’ll see if CTC honours the warranty during pandemic. This item not recommended for leaving outdoors.

Although the hose jacket is UV resistant, however, after long exposure will eventually compromise the hose's structural integrity. Therefore, we recommend users store the hose in the shade such as a basement, garage, or shed after each use.

Terrible quality

I bought two hoses at the same time. Both split at the male end from the pressure build up...I plan on returning it for replacements.

Q: What type of nozzle fits on the Flexon H2zero hose

A: Hi, Thank you for submitting your question. Most standard nozzle with threading will be able to fit onto Flexon's H2Zero hose. Please note H2Zero will not be able to fit nozzles with quick connect unless you use a quick connect adapter.
