Weak pipe that bends in srong wind.

It's easy to install. It looked like it would work, but broke twice less than a year attache to the gable of my house. A strong wind bent the lower part of the pole. I cut off the bent portion and place a 1/8" thick steel pipe instead hoping to give it more strength. That worked for a while until it broke again and another strong wind broke the pole in half. I may just use a strong steel pipe that would fit in the clamp if I can figure out a way to make it swivel. I think the manufacturer just needs to use a thicker metal to withstand wind.

Garbage - Wont stand up to Canadian Cilmate

Bought this just over 3-months ago. First major wind storm tore it off the house. Waste of money and I doubt I can return it now. I just wanted to be patriotic but this cheap piece of garbage can't stand up to our Canadian climate. $100 I will never see again.

Poor quality flag pole

Poor quality. This is my second flags unlimited flagpole and it is clear that they have reduced the quality dramatically in the past few years. This one would not screw together properly because the plastic sleeve in the bottom section is loose in the pipe. I don’t expect it to last very long and I will be shopping elsewhere for my next flagpole.

Only problem we had was the angle, it kept on getting caught in gutter from the wind. Changed the angle, no problems since. It was great to have the gear system on the connector to change the angle easily. Great thinking guys!

A: I googled.' 'Flags Unlimited' indicates they are a Canadian Company since the '60's, & flags are Canadian made Didn't notice about the origin of the pole - however, I think we realise a Canadian Company, with Canadian workers being employed!
