Tough Sledgehammer

When I was working in oil and gas, it was a struggle for me to keep a sledgehammer because I would swing so much and so hard that the head would come off. I even did that to a 10lb sledgehammer with a mattock-type handle. My problems stopped when I bought an IsoCore 10lb demolition hammer. It was the only sledgehammer that could endure my continued use.

Great compact, heavy duty sledgehammer.

I love this hammer, and all my coworkers love this hammer. I've had it for maybe five years now. I don't use it for demo, but removing drag links and center links on city buses. I used to struggle with both smaller, and larger length hammers. This is the perfect length, with a heavy enough head, to get into the smaller spaces and loosen the steering parts. The handle has taken a beating from a few missed hits, but is still as strong as when I first bought it.
