Product not as depicted

I tried to purchase this item online for pick up at two of the CTC stores in Kingston and both times they produced a ball that was not finned and only had one place to attach both the downrigger cable and the release clip line. I had to go to Bronson & Bronson in Kingston to get something that looked like to advertised product.
