[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is easy to set up if you follow the instructions carefully. Here is my experience with the product. After setting it up and fixing the monitors, I realized that one monitor arm was a bit loose in the sense that it wasn't carrying the weight of the monitor like the other arm. I looked through the manual and found that it can be adjusted and tightened. Using the tools which came with the product, I tightened the loose arm and that was it. It became firm and steady exactly like the other arm and lifted the monitor well. I tested the arms by changing and tilting the angles of the monitors and it was great. No defects. I turned the monitors also from the horizontal position to the vertical position and it was excellent. No defects. I also like the cable management design of the product. In all, I would recommend it to anyone looking to buy monitor arms. This works great. I received this product free in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

The extension arms provide a lot of flexibility for positioning the monitors. The instructions for assembly are pretty straight forward and all the parts are marked well. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a well built dual monitor arm. I used this to mount two HP 27" monitors to my home office desk. A few minor gripes 1) The arms could be a bit longer to allow for better positioning of two 27" monitors. If you are using it for 24" or smaller monitors, then the length is perfect and gives you lots of flexibility. With two 27" monitors you can adjust, but it is a bit twitchy to get them exactly as you want it.. an extra inch at each end would eliminate the issue. 2) it would have been helpful to have an assembly video in addition to the Ikea like pictographs on assembly. That said it was easy to assemble and each part was packaged in a way so there was no issue identifying what was what. Each part was packaged separately with the part letter on the package, other companies could learn from this. Bottom line, a well built solid dual monitor arm, recommended. It's another well made product from Fellowes. Note I received this product from free from Fellowes in exchange for my honest review.

This dual monitor arm is built extremely well and holds my monitors perfectly the way I need. First time installing one of these but with the help of my husband we have the monitors hooked up without any issues. If you have multiple monitors these monitor arms are exactly what you need.
