fan useless without parts
a year ago
we have one already and is a great fan but Core Home Products which is responsible for missing parts and service is entirely useless. second fan missing 4 fan mount bolts and they won't even answer calls let alone provide them. I have been waiting a month for 4 simple but custom size parts ...probably cost 50 cents but can't finish fan without them.
No, I do not recommend this product.

for a 52" and 5 fan blades is really slow, the amount of airflow isn't the greatest at the 3rd speed, the lower speed doesn't even do anything.

Looks cheap, metal for mounting blades is poorly finished.

And to make matters worse.. box was repacked and the person who returned it either put an old damaged remote receiver, or damaged themselves. The receiver had a deep scratch, sticker was peeled back, and the radio wire wrap was ripped and the wire almost severed as well.

A: I don't recall if it's removable but it hangs about a foot from the ceiling. It sits pretty close to the ceiling. It's a really beautiful fan and quite stylish.

Q: Is this fan supposed to sit so low to the ground?? I’m 5’6 & can clean it while standing on the ground. My last fan I had to stand on a ladder to clean it. Is there 2 different ways to put it up??

A: I would say that you will have to check and see if you can remove the downrod, it will give you another 3-4 inches. Mine is over the table, so not a problem

Q: Is this fan supposed to come with hardware to mount to ceiling electrical fixture? Where is the wood screw supposed to be used? Instructions are not great.

A: If you are lucky enough to be Mounting under a ceiling joice, then the wood screw goes through the hole in the electrical device box to support the weight, if required, as some boxes are not mounted securely enough. If the electrics box is solid, then just mount the ceiling fan according to the instructions.
