    A new old friend

    I have 30 year old Excalibur dehydrator that stoped working (bad thermostat). Replacement parts were out of stock so purchased a new dehydrator. The new dehydrator is fantastic (better temps, quiet ). The design is exactly the same and it works great. No b.s. Very happy that they offered the same model

    It's powerful for its size and the fan is nice and quiet. I run it all the time. I never worry about perishables anymore and grow more in the garden. Its nice eating tomatoes, peppers, apples, pears, onions and chives all year long with no worries. Produce lasts me years in ordinary jars I used to throw away. So much produce now fits in one cabinet. I take advantage of sales on perishable produce now and I never run out of food. This thing is excellent!
