Had no idea

Had no idea but the handle bar height is adjustable! I bought this when we first moved back to Canada in summer 2017, and last year developed pretty terrible carpal tunnel symptoms. This meant that riding the bike at the default handlebar height was kind of torture. I love the bike otherwise, and really felt bad that I couldn’t ride it. my husband just raised the handlebars so there’s no pressure at all now on my hands from leaning over to hold on. My life is changed! :-)

Yes, I recommend this product.

Horrific and scary

I bought this bike this summer. Before I even left the store, the seat wasn't even attached but I'm an optomimist and knew my husband could tighten it up. That was a fun ride home, I almost fell off the bike. So the next day I go to ride again, the chain is off, the sprocket is loose. I return the bike to Canadian Tire only to be told it could be 8 weeks before someone looks at it! They will not return the bike! So a week later they call, bike is fixed! Hooray! Head out, first flat tire. No biggie. Then another and then one pops while being pumped up. My husband is losing patience. So finally the tire issues have resolved until tonight when my daughter rode the bike, and the front tire popped and she fell and hurt herself! This bike, while cute, is cursed and a piece of garbage. Please don't bargain shop or impulse buy like I did you'll regret it!

No, I do not recommend this product.

Love it!

Bought it 2 months ago and loving it! Works wonderfully, not too heavy and looks beautiful. Based on previous comments I had read, I was worried about the breaks being loud but I did not have that problem with mine. I believe that was a problem found on last year's model, not this one. Would highly recommend!

Yes, I recommend this product.

Great Looking Bike

Bike looks great! Rides well, but if you push a bit hard going uphill it makes a rattling noise which sounds like it is changing gears eventho it is not.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Comfortable but had immediate issue

I bought this bike online due to the low stock available city wide. Upon taking it home, I decided to take it for a spin around my neighbourhood to test out the breaks, mechanics, etc. I rode it for approximately 30 minutes on paved cement and was already hit with a flat tire. I'm not feeling quite confident in the bike anymore as it should last longer than 30 minutes after leaving the store. Canadian Tire does not take returns on bikes though they did take it in to be repaired. I would suggest buying in store to ensure there are no issues with your bike as there was with mine. Besides the mentioned issue, the bike is comfortable, quiet, and easy to ride.

Yes, I recommend this product.
