Jack of all trades - Master of NONE!

Ok this thing's a Bluetooth headphone that also allows you to plug in a cable for a wired connection, also allows you to input a micro SD card to convert it into an MP3 Player, also has an FM radio, and last but not least *panting at this stage* ALSO freaking allows you to take calls on it from your phone (so a bluetooth headset). Now before you think you've cracked the De vinci code of electronics, this bad boy does NONE of the above well. Bluetooth connection is spotty at best, when plugged in the cable is finicky and crackles, the FM radio you pretty much have to touch the side of the headset to get a decent signal. Move that hand away and welcome to static heaven. It clearly needs something to act as an antenna, and I'm guessing one of your body appendages will suit this purpose! The MP3 player stops randomly at times even if you have nothing but MP3 files on the SD card. It simply can't deal with the additional stress required to "read" the files on the SD Card. Last but not least, try using this thing as a Bluetooth headset. Go ahead and give your friends and family a good laugh. I was told I sounded like Darth Vader by numerous people when using this thing. To add insult to injury NONE of the above joys can be experienced by you after a few weeks of use because this device FAILS to charge after a short period loving ownership. The port that you plug the USB cable into to charge the device is of extremely poor quality so very soon you'll plug in the cable and you'll see a red light that is suppose to indicate charging, flicker then putter out. You have to literally twist and turn the cable until that blasted red light comes on. No red light? No charge buddy. The ONLY silver lining in this mess is that the product comes with a 1 year warranty. I've returned THREE now and am just waiting to go pick up my FOURTH shortly as I'm already noticing the charging port flickering like a Christmas tree on Christmas Eve when I'm trying to charge the device. Oh yes, when you go to the store in Montreal (yes the ONE store in Montreal that carries it), you'll notice that all their inventory are returns (open box), but yet they're sold at retail price. You have to ask yourself why does this product have a 100% return rate? I wonder whatsoever could be the reason?! Surely none of the "minor " issues I've abscribed above. In short, if you're the kind of person who likes to take things apart and figure out why they don't work, this thing's for you. If you don't have an engineering degree and/or don't have the propensity to tinker around endlessly with your brand new electronics, spare yourself the hassle!

No, I do not recommend this product.

    1 - 1 of 1 Question

Q: Is it compatible with Samsung TV.

    1 Answer
    • A: If the Samsung TV emits in Bluetooth it will certainly work. Some TV’s only receive Bluetooth and if this is the case it won’t pick up any signal . Option is to buy a Bluetooth adaptor for the TV.
