Q: Does it recognize stairs and not fall down?
6 years agoA: If there is a drop off in the cleaning area due to a step or stairs, you should operate the appliance to ensure that it can detect the step without falling over the edge. If may become necessary to place a physical barrier at the edge of to keep the unit from falling.

Q: I want to buy this , but want to make sure dies this work in another country outside of canada. I am sending it as a gift
7 years agoA: This will work in the US but we cannot guarantee it will work in another country because we don’t know which country you are asking for and as a result the charging station’s voltage may not be compatible.
