This stuff definitely still has some smell, although I imagine much less than the yellow can. I did do 2 sprays of it, mostly because the first time I didn't do that great of a spray to cover it all and I was trying to be careful to avoid spraying it on the heating elements. Second time I just wiped the elements off before closing the oven and letting it sit. Still required a bit of scrubbing in some places but overall it worked well and I am impressed. I would buy this again. Probably best to do a good wipe down of the oven after with just a wet paper towel/cloth to get as much of the chemicals out as possible. Probably could have done a spot touch up spray but decided it was good enough.

FOLLOW THE INSTRCTIONS ON THE CAN! No fumes ocure, start wiping out the oven 1 and a half hours after spraying. Do not heat up your oven before applying. Works great, rinse with warm water after wiping out.

I hadn't cleaned my oven in over a year. After using the steam clean option it still had lots of baked on grease. I sprayed the oven cleaner on and left it for an hour. It took a little scrubbing to get all the baked on grease off. Great job.

- A: A careful reading of the instructions makes no mention of which types of ovens on which it may or may not be used. The instructions do say spray on cold oven, and do not spray on the pilot light. Only gas ovens Have a pilot light.3 years agoHelpful?
