Q: How long does it take to recharge?

Q: How much doesit weigh? Can you leave it plugged in to the charger when not in use or do you have to run it down before recharging? I want one I can pick up and go at anytime.
9 years agoA: Hello clubsud, The DC61 weighs 1.6kg (3.53 lbs). Our cordless machines can be left to charge 24/7 and can be used even for a few seconds at a time without affecting the battery negatively in any way. It is important to note our handhelds are not designed to transfer the current from their motors through a wand to power a floor attachment. These machines were produced to give consumers the option of a portable, quick pick-up vacuum without the expense of a floor-reach cordless. Q: Will the attachments from my full-size Dyson work with this? I already have the Dyson DC37 and wondering if I'd be able to use the same attachments for both vacuums (like the pet brush)
10 years agoA: Any passive tools are interchangeable with both vacuums, but any turbine tool will not work on the DC61. Likewise, the mini motorized tool that comes with the DC61 will not work on the DC37, as it was especially designed for handhelds.
