Don’t make them like they used to. Holding this unit compared to my old DC 14 is like night and day. My old DC 14 was very well made. I hope this unit holds up.

Less than 1 year old No longer stay in upright position Brush motor died. Retractable hose is terrible compared to previous models. Very disappointed, Dyson. What happened to you?

It's my 1st ever DYSON. Boxing wise, very well package. Installation, easy and straight forward. Vacuum itself very well made and suction power is really good the only complain is that it's a little heavy but can maneuver easily because of the ball and lastly the price I think it's worth it. I only use this every weekend to do deep clean vacuum but I also have the iRobot® Roomba® Plus 4020 Combo Robot Vacuum & Mop + AutoWash™ Dock to do the cleaning on the week days.

A: Amazing power - I always heard they were awesome but I never expected it to be this powerful! We brought it home and on the first run we filled the canister - and we have a roomba running everyday! (3 dogs)
