Works very nicely, an dnot toxic too

Works very nicely compared to other non-toxic products. Depending on the wood, quite a bit of remover might have to be used as some varnish and lacquers are really soaked into the grain. Might take several applications.

Waste of money and time!

I bought this to strip the finish off an old guitar. After 5 applications with the recommended minimum 30 minute stand time it had absolutely no affect. Hours wasted!!! I then tried to remove the adhesive from aluminium tape, again, it just didn't work!

The time required for the paint stripper to work will vary depending on the type of coating and the number of layers to be removed. For best results, sand lighly the surface before applying the Super Remover. Also, it is very important to put a thick layer of remover on your guitar and than wait until the paint softened. Worked perfectly for my requirement

I had a maple dresser that had been stained and then protected with a urethane finish. The DS stripper had no trouble with this, handling it with a single application. I chose this product because I did the job indoors (wintertime) and I didn't want to deal with the fumes of a traditional stripper. From now on, I'll use the stinky, skin-burning stuff only if the job is too ugly for an eco stripper.

Terrible paint stripper

the paint comes off in chunks and even after 3 coats half of the paint was still stuck fast. The gel dried out in less than 15 minutes and when it's dry it stops working!

No, I do not recommend this product.

This is great stuff

The first stripper I've ever used that is as good as the label claims. No odor, no burning skin, and yet it takes off layers of paint. Super easy to use.

Q: can this product be washed off with water

A: I tried it on my dining table and it was easy to wash off with water and a towel. However, the product itself didn't really work... if ou're looking to use this product on furniture, it won't work.

Q: Can this be used on aluminum boats?

A: There is not any problem to strip an aluminium boat with the Super Remover regular formula. Since the Super ECO Remover is more recommended for furniture and woodwork, it will also work on aluminium but depending on the finish to remove, it might take more time to act.
