Q: How do you raise the training wheels? I have tried raising the training wheels but they will not go up any higher, they are the same level as the tire and when my daughter goes over uneven surfaces it raises the wheel and it just spins and she gets stuck.

A: The training wheels are designed to raise a very short distance to provide stability while learning to ride. To adjust the training wheels loosen the axle nuts and lift each training wheel, then tighten the axle nut.

Q: what happens if you need a replacement wheel? the rim is totalled meaning the tire keeps popping off. had it to a repair guy who took one look at it, shook his head, and said we'd be better off to buy another bike, which i am NOT doing.
