Low on fluid

Only goes up about 16”, not 21. Seems low on jack oil out of the box. I did the purge of air but instructions are incomplete. The jacking handle must be turned to the left during that whole procedure.

Purchased this DEWALT 3-Ton Long Reach, Low Profile Garage Jack from the Canadian Tire website and it exceeded my expectations. The low-profile design fits easily under my car, lifting is smooth and stable, and the build quality feels very solid. Great performance and excellent value—highly recommended.

Poor Quality – Oil Leak After 3.5 Months

I bought this DeWalt 3 Ton floor jack in the last week of August 2025, and after only 3.5 months of normal use, it started leaking hydraulic oil. A floor jack is a safety-critical tool, and this kind of failure in such a short time is unacceptable.
I expected much better quality and durability from the DeWalt brand. This jack does not meet basic reliability and safety standards, and I’m very disappointed for buying this very expensive jack. I would not recommend this product.
