Quality Problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered one to replace the one I had for 30 years that gave out. I have many Dewalt products and didn't think twice about this 3/8 air ratchet. But when it arrived it leaked air at both ends of handle. Returned it and bought another one, well it leaked air bad at the trigger. When I called Dewalt I was told to take it to a repair facility. Sorry but this is new and should not need repairs. Needless to say, I returned it and bought a Ingersoll Rand 3/8 air ratchet, no problems.
