Q: What drill bits can be used with used with both drills?
2 years agoA: DCD778 Hammer Drill has a chuck is 1/2" - recommends 1" for Wood, 1/2" for Steel and 1/4" for Masonry DCF787 Impact has a 1/4" chuck. The chuck accepts 1/4" (6.35 mm) hex accessories and 1" (25.4 mm) bit tips only.

Q: Can the hammer drill be used as a normal drill and driver for the works around the house? And can the impact driver be used for tire rotation? Sorry for the silly questions, just trying to buy a tool for multiple purpose.
4 years agoA: The hammer drill can be used for tire rotation and also the hammer drill can be used around the house, ive bought both just to use around the house and do such things as change/rotate tires. Enjoy!

5 years agoA: Hello and thank you for your question. The combo kit DCK276C2 includes: DCD778 Brushless Compact 1/2 in. Hammer Drill and the DCF787 Brushless Impact Driver. The models provided are not for the bare tool it is for their own combos. DCF787C1 includes DCF787 Brushless Impact Driver, 1 battery and 1 charger. DCF787C2 includes DCF787 Brushless Impact Driver, 2 batteries and 1 charger.
