The DEWALT DCE560D1 20V MAX 10oz/300ml Adhesive Gun Kit offers the user a variable speed trigger which allows for increased control over the flow of your adhesive. It also has a variable speed dial that allow for setting maximum and minimum flow rates. This gun has an anti - drip feature that automatically retracts the plunging rod once trigger is released preventing excess adhesive from dripping out and making a mess on your project. A Quick Connect inter-changeable canister trays allows user to quickly change between canister sizes. Capacity: 10oz, Speed: 21 in/min. How do i adapt?

nice piece of kit, but despite the manual clearly stating it's ability to adopt to other cartridge sizes i can't find where to get the parts to do so. i'd like to make my 560 a 570 presently dewalt scores a "nope, dont buy it"

great tool, poor business model

I am a huge dewalt advocate but sometimes marketing just gets in the way. I tried one of the guns and it worked pretty well. Only complaint was the lowest speed is still too fast. The biggest problem is that the gun is advertised and designed to allow the user to switch between 10 and 30oz tubes, But apparently dewalt does not allow you to buy the alternate tray size. As soon as those parts are available I will be first in line to buy one.

I am doing 2000 lineal feet of cove base and after the first tube I get used to the speed of a gun and getting approximately 25 to 27 feet out of a 10 ounce tube of caulking I go through a tube in about a minute and a half what a timesaver

In regards to the 1-star reviewer, they sell conversion kits for these guns you just have to look in the parts break down for each model. Obviously, they don't advertise this, it's not very cost effective vs. you buying 3 separate guns.
