Individuals use to take great pride owning Dewalt products, but now, not so much. You use to build things that lasted, but it seems you've really lowered your standards especially when it comes to supporting DIY'ers & homeowners. We purchase your products knowing we're are spending a lot of money, hoping they will last a long time since we aren't using them everyday, hoping they will live up to the OLD DEWALT STANDARDS & PROMISES!

Improvement of a lifetime.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These new power pack batteries are an unbelievable improvement. These outperform almost every other battery Dewalt makes. These deliver the most amount of power and longest run times by far. Put on of these on a saw, vacuum or any other tool and you will feel a night and day difference.

Effective battery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to cut 3 sets of steps for a job last week, each set of steps needed 4 stringers and 8 steps to each stringer. (If you’ve ever had to cut steps you know this is a lot!) I’ve never bought a tool that wasn’t dewalt and I knew I needed more tool power for this project, so I bought a circular saw kit that included this battery and a lightening charger. I honestly say that to make all of these cuts which was roughly 100 cuts into 2x12, I only had to charge this battery one time.. I was actually amazed. I’ve had issues out of other dewalt batteries in the past but I was amazed by the longevity of this battery especially powering a full size circular saw for that long. The lightening charger was effective as well it was my first experience with one of those. Definitely worth what I paid for it. Did a good job powering my sawzaw and multitool as well.
