All around great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used this now 3 winters now and has NEVER given us any trouble. Always starts after a few seconds of lighting the pilot.

Do not recommend didn't last a year.

I bought this a year ago to replace a Mr Buddy heater because this one offered better features and more heat. It worked okay until the end of last winter in the garage. This year got it out and it stays on for 10 minutes max before shutting off. Sometimes the pilot light is difficult to get going.
For the price the unit should be more functional than this. Wouldn't recommend as a heating solution as it doesn't seem reliable. And now has stopped working.
No, I do not recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned this heater for a little over a year. A plug came loose from the control board. When this happened the contacts pulled out of the board. Now I need a replacement control board. I am having no luck finding one.

Wont stay lit for more then 2 minutes!

Bought this a year ago, but just get it out of the box for the first time and the unit dont stay lit for more then 2 minutes. Look like the pilot just shut off by itself even without any breeze and the unit shut off few second later. Did a lot of test but nothing fix the problem... very disapointing for a brand new unit that I cant return!

Worth-LESS

Purchased two new units. One will not run more than a minute or two without turning off, the other will not run more than ten minutes. Tech support walks you through the maintenance steps but, if I am having to troubleshoot and clean two new heaters, there were issues at Dewalt well before I purchased them. FYI. Maintenance did not resolve issues, both are being returned
