Haven't even been installed a week and this drain assembly will not function properly. I thought better of your products Delta. You definitely need to have this re-engineered because what I have is a useless peice of junk. And I'm not the first I see.

bought this for the color/finish to match despite the poor reviews...Figured they must be doing something wrong. NOPE Tub drain lasted maybe 5-6 uses and it broke and won't engage/disengage I'm a contractor and bought this for my own home and its just as all the reviews say. Top dollar for low quality.

Hasn't worked since day one...

Since the day this was installed in our newly renovated bathroom it hasn't functioned properly. It needs to be pushed with a lot of force, or jiggled, or pulled, etc, etc, in order to get it moving up and down. We've had it for 6 months, and now it won't open or close at all and needs to be unscrewed to have the water drained. The price for this item is mind-boggling given how poorly it performs. I wish we had done more research before purchasing this product.
