Good product but not good deat

Good toilet but not good toilet seat. Bought a Delta Prelude toilet. Had all the accessories to install it. Good toilet with good flushing power. However the seat was very unsatisfactory as I found the opening too small compared to the opening of the actual toilet. Contacted Masco, the agent, but they only said that's the design which comes with this particular toilet. If I'm not satisfied I could return everything back for a full refund. Since I was already using the toilet after installing it, it wasn't possible. Finally I ended up spending $65 to buy a Kohler seat which had a bigger opening to replace the one which came with the toilet.

Good toilet so far it's a bit heavy and measure your rough before you buy. this one is a 12 inch

Good toilet it's a bit heavy but it's 16.5 inches tall from the base to the top of the bowl. The tank is not insulated so it will sweat. Measure your rough before you buy from wall to middle of bolt on old toilet and baseboard to middle of bolt on old toilet. if it's 11 inches it'll fit. It may be a 6L tank but it only uses 4.8 litres per-flush. It comes with everything needed to be installed including a wax seal (ring) and toilet seat. The reason I bought it was because it was on sale.

Good Quality, Easy to install. The only part needed was the inlet line ( Not the toilet's fault ) just a different length. Would buy another one.

A: It was easy to install and I haven't had any issues with this unit. There was no need for any additional warranty, which I've never heard of any one having to purchase. Obviously, if there was an issue with this unit with the installation the store would of honored a replacement.

A: Results vary largely depending on the thickness of your finished wall but a 12" OC rough in with a 1/2" thick wall and level floor should produce approximately a 1-1/4" space between the wall and tank.

Q: What is the model number of this unit? Delta Canada doesn't show round bowl versions of their 2 toilet lines (only elongated) and model C41901-WH in the U.S. is discontinued.
