There has been a recurring problem where the steam lcon is the only one lit. This requires the machine to be un plugged several times until it resets. It does make a good espresso

Not as good as I really wanted.

Made good coffee but the steamer was so loud it literally hurt my ears. I watched videos about how to use it effectively and nothing I did worked. Every video review or instructional video did say the steamer takes practice. It shouldn’t be that hard to heat milk and I shouldn’t need ear protection to use it either. I returned it.
