I purchased an espresso coffee maker online from Canadian Tire, but they sent me a display model with a missing part. This has happened to me twice now; caution, always open the box and check for missing items.

There has been a recurring problem where the steam lcon is the only one lit. This requires the machine to be un plugged several times until it resets. It does make a good espresso
