Makes Great Expresso and Cappuccino

I really like this expresso machine and I am learning how to use it more effectively as I gain experience... I like the Capuchino so much that I do not need sugar. So far I am finding Homo milk best for frothing and try to empty the steam mechanism of water before frothing unless you want to make Americano coffee.
