The price is right, but you get what you paid for

It lasted a year, then the quick connect connector for the pull down hose under the sink leaked, a major leak. Then you have to mail the part to Quebec and then they mail You a replacement. Waste of time , ended up buying a moen. It’s cheaply made I wound not recommend.

Missing parts

3 months ago

The first one we got was missing a critical part that couldn’t be bought separately, the box had the strapping on it and the sealed at the factory tape on the opening flap. Took it back, got a second one and opened the box at the counter. The critical missing piece was there, everything else was there (sealed in plastic bags). Got home and started the install. The weight for the sprayer hose was missing an insert. Weight couldn’t be used with out it. Took it back and they brought another two boxes to the return counter one black to match ours and one chrome. The black one had a different weight. After some back and forth with the girl behind the counter they agreed to just give me the insert from the chrome one. Now installed. The actual unit appears to be really good. Especially the mounting system.

The price was good, and it has worked well for about 2 years, unfortunately the toggle button for the spray head has popped off and disappeared, which now makes it look cheap and broken.

A: On my installation, my pull-out hose comes out 13½ inches. It could pull out a few more inches by moving the weight further down the hose as mine isn't right at the bottom of the hose loop.
