Awesome set of taps for the price! Love those 70% off deals. These taps would have been a quality purchase for full price of 240.00. Installation was also a well thought out design. A quality item I expect to last many years without coming loose or falling apart after a year, which has become standard now for so many things you buy.

Q: Will the faucet remain in sprayer mode after the water is shut off, or does it need to be set to sprayer for every use.

Q: We had a plumber in to install the Faucet, but the Allen key would not put the screw in far enough to hold the faucet securely in place. As a result our old one has been re-installed, Do you have a solution before we return the Danze Cavell?

A: We had no problem tightening with the allen wrench, it did come loose as we were afraid to tighten too much but has stayed secure since....has been a year now. Maybe get the store to open another pkg to see if there is a fault with the one you purchased
