Mostly fine

The instructions are in broken English and it was a strughle to understand them. It seemed there was an instruction or two missing. It works mostly well, but the silicone flapper doesnt always cover the pipe completely after flushing, resulting in a leak (requires manually fiddling with it to correct the seal).
No, I do not recommend this product.

Works fine but engineered to sound like it's broken.

I bought this to replace an old valve that was similar but a much much older model. Installation is straightforward and the valve works fine I guess. Unfortunately the "tank cleaning" feature lets out a blast of air bubbles every time you flush which makes a very terrible pressurized air noise like the valve is about to fly out of your toilet like a bottle rocket. It's the kind of sound where if you didn't know the cause it would have you scrambling for the phone to call a plumber. No matter how many times you hear it and tell yourself it's part of normal operation it will make you (and your guests) think your toilet is broken every time you flush.
I lasted about three days before I couldn't stand it anymore and threw it in the garbage and got a Fluidmaster instead. Unless you want to sound like you live on the space station skip the valve made by a toy company and get a valve made by a valve company.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Installs easily and works well. I used this product on another toilet 2 yrs ago so when it was time to fix a second toilet I automatically bought this item

Toilet is very quiet so far this works great so if we need to do the other toilets in the house we will definitely use this one

Easy to install

Easy to install. It's been a year and no problems. The adjustable fill valve is a nice feature in order to save water on the larger tanks. Would definitely purchase again.

Q: how is the old filler valve removed without taking the box off the toilet in reply to my previous question you did not state whether or not the water box had to be removed to replace the filler valve with the hydroclean valve.
