One month update

One month after installing this fan, it has stopped working. The fan now makes a buzzing sound. The motor becomes too hot to touch. It spins freely by hand, but won’t spin under power. Lemmon rip off

Could be better

My friend purchased this exhaust fan and I installed it. There are 2 other bathroom fans in the house that move a lot more air. This fan when turned on for the first time, kept turning off after 30 seconds, then would start again like it was rebooting over and over. This was the case for about an hour. Now it seems fine, although not very powerful.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I bought this and installed it in my laundry room over the clothes line that we hang dry inside. This helps dry them and controls humidity in there and works well.

Bathroom Fan

This fan has a 120 volt AC motor not a DC . For a low price ($30) this fan is a good buy. At 2 Sones it is not as noisy as the more expensive fans under $100. I installed it in my 50 sq ft bathroom and is defiantly quieter than the old one. See how long it lasts.

Q: what is compatible duct size for this fan?

A: The product can be installed using 4 inch diameter duct.
