Good product. Easy to light.

I bought this barbecue 7 years ago for our campsite and it still works for us. I am a person who is nervous to light barbecues and I, with some demonstration, am able to light this easily. Our barbecue's heat distribution plate is now rusting but I am hoping that I will be able to find a replacement part because I really like this barbecue. It sets up nicely on my kitchen center and its temperature guide is helpful to me. I would recommend this barbecue to someone who needs a barbecue simple to light. It has a spark button that other members in my family still use which is pretty good considering I hear most barbecue spark lighters stop working after a short while . Easy to carry back and forth to my storage shed.

I got this for camping, but the two inserts on the sides were not included so the heat escapes and it takes forever to cook anything. I would not recommend this product.

Cuisinart Portable Barbecue

It's a perfect size for trailer living, and performed great while in Arizona, but find it takes far too long to heat and trouble getting the temp above 400 degrees. Also in windy conditions, it takes forever to cook anything like steaks. Wonder if there is a problem with it, or am I doing something wrong??

Does not get Hot Enough

I bought this grill two years ago for our RV. I expected much better performance from it. I can't get it hot enough to sear steak. I can grill chicken and fish, but only on high heat. You should not have to grill chicken and fish on high heat.

ok, but not great

I bought this bbq 1 year ago. It's ok for hamburgers & hot dogs. The biggest frustration for me is that it doesn't get very hot. I've got the burner on high the entire time, and can't really get much above 300 degrees. And like someone mentioned here, as soon as you open the lid, you loose half the heat, and it takes forever to heat up again. I've actually made some heat shields out of tin sheet metal that I place on each side in order to cover the gaping holes and keep the heat inside. And if you get a strong wind, you're lucky if you can thaw a hamburger patty with this thing. I wish I would've bought a different bbq.

A: moi aussi je les ai pas trouvé j’étais un peu déçu, j'ai vu sur une review que c'est le modèle CT du modèle CGG 200 j’étais un peu déçu de ne pas les avoir ni aussi la tablette (en aluminium ou en inox ) pour les légumes, je l'ai allume pour une vingtaine de minutes pourrai je le rendre ?

A: If you use a T connector on your trailer propane tank and run a line directly from it to your propane BBQ, then yes you can use the propane SOURCE on your trailer. And better yet...place a propane level indicator in this line and you will always know how much propane your have in your tank as well. I have done this and it works excellent.

A: Not at all. Burners are set for propane, so is the regulator and so is the delivery system (pressure wise).
