Great appearance and features - no durability

Love the fingerprint resistant surface, large pull out plastic internal pail, lid lock and soft close mechanism. Fits the pull string style bags as if they were custom.
This was everything I wanted/needed. The can had a slightly bent rod from the step to the lid and the can stopped operating a few months later. I have no idea where the receipt is and will not be able to replace the can. Furthermore - replacement parts are impossible to find.
Do yourself a favor - buy this on a credit card that extends warranty and keep the original receipt. I love the can - but I am looking for a replacement that will go under my counter.
Furthermore - check the unit out before you leave the store :)
No, I do not recommend this product.

Très satisfait du produit en général.
Très facile à nettoyer, l'inox est facile d'entretien.
Mécanisme semble légèrement faiblement conçu surtout face à un usage très répétitif.
Acheté en solde donc très satisfait.
Les sacs tiennent très bien également.
La chaîne de produit Cuisinart est ma favorite !

J'ai acheté cette poubelle il y a environ 4 ans, toujours contente de ce produit. Facile à nettoyer, à l'extérieur.
La grandeur est très bien, pour un gros sac vert...Moi je l'ai acheté à moitié prix.

A: The odour stopper does not exist. This is misleading packaging that has been corrected going forward. The packaging is meant to say that the bin could accomodate an odour stopper.
