Cryopac Flexible Reuseable Ice Blanket/Pack

A sales associate also told me that this was a flexible pack that I could wrap around an ankle injury. It is not. When put in the freezer, it comes out as hard as a lunch freezer pack. It should state that it is flexible when heated but hard when frozen. I shall return it.
