Purchased this slow cooker 6+ months ago, and it works great. It’s the perfect size for a roast. We use it weekly and it always cooks evenly, even from frozen. Very happy with the product.

horrible
a year ago
got this slow cooker for Christmas 2023. used it for the first time todah and after 6 hours, the meat still isnt even coooked. this does not heat up. regret asking for one for christmas, cant even return because we dont have the receipt or box anymore.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Not a Happy Camper

I bought this cooker two weeks ago and used it the first time today. I cannot return it because I have discarded the box and receipt. I found that when set on high the unit could not bring thawed stew ingredients to a simmer. After 4 hours the meat was still semi-raw and the vegetables were rock hard. Definitely not satisfied.
