It isn’t the same as when I was a kid

If you are buying it to transfer comic strips from the Sunday comics like we did when we were kids, don’t bother, it doesn’t work. So disappointed. What purpose does it have otherwise? That is the only thing I remember using it for all those years ago.
No, I do not recommend this product.

While it may not work for transferring comic prints anymore, Silly Putty still offers plenty of fun! Not the "Original" from 1960's

Claims to be the "Original" product but the reason I bought it was to transfer comic strip from newspaper to putty. Does not work.

Q: My son is allergic to peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, eggs, and milk. Does your Silly Putty contain or come into cross contact with these allergens? Please advise. Thank you.

A: Denny's got some good news for you! Crayola and Silly Putty products do not contain peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, eggs or milk. Since we don't use these ingredients in any Crayola manufactured product, cross contact shouldn't be a concern. My pack also partners with other manufacturers to make licensed products outside of our typical crayon box. Some examples of this are bath products, personal care items and clothing. Since we don't make these products, you'll want to check with our friends if your son is going to use these. Licensee information is on the back of the package, or you can check with us to make sure. Hope your son has a blast with Silly Putty!
