Love this brand. I like that it is spill proof and you can operate it with only one hand. Great when driving. It keeps drinks hot or cold for quite a while. Make sure you get one with the top mechanism that you can access to clean. I have several now.

Poor lid design

The lip of the cap protrudes too high and makes it difficult to place lips on it. The 2.0 version was the best and once again, some design team team decided to make a great product and make it bad. Oh well, will return the 3.0 and look for another brand. After 12 years of using contigo products, they have successful made their design worse and lost a longtime customer!

The open/close lever sticks so I was not happy with that. I tried to return it a few days after purchasing it but Canadian Tire would not refund my money because they said it was used. I should not shop at Canadian Tire if that is their policy.
