Travel Mug

Got this for relative who just had a knee replacement and need to be able to carry coffee safely from room to room. The rubber gasket fell off in a week and the mug is no longer watertight. I will try and go back and replace it but difficult at the moment. Very disappointing.

A: Hello, This lid is a screw top lid. The part you actually put your mouth on to get your drink is a left up/snap down secure piece. Hope this helps.
