I was disappointed. It did not have a lot of smell at all. I have used other products like this that you could smell as soon as opened. But you could hardly smell this when holding it close to your nose.

Smells very vanilla-y, which I'm really doubting is what a deer's booty smells like. Did absolutely nothing, had infront of a trail cam, had deer cruise right by without sniffing it, along with the synthetic buck smell from conquest. No more deer than we had before any scents. Would not buy again. I don't think they really tried to simulate pheromones or urine or anything, I think this synthetic vs-1 is just a smell they thought may make them curious. It doesn't.
