Not a bad in a pinch straightener

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, to start I have very, very thick corse hair. My normal straightener is the Lang'e straightener salon level so this was great to review. It is a good straightener. I do think the plates should be a bit larger especially for someone like me with waist king hair that is thick and corse. It didn't straighten as fast as the Lang'e but it did straighten my hair it just took forever. I would suggest this straightener to someone with thinner hair possibly fine hair and would work like a dream, but for thick course long hair it took me way too long. Even with the 450£heat setting I need at least 450 to work for my type of hair. And I should had check with my utility heat checker to see if it actually went to 450 because it didn't seem to get as hot as my Lange. My hair is naturally wavy so it took three to four times each section which were very tiny sections for me to get it done. Maybe I have just spoiled myself with salon brand tools but the Conair straightening infinity pro was not the best for me because of it not going to 450 even though it said it did and the size of the plates. What I did like it the touch screen for the settings. You can do 4 heat settings which is nice if your hair can't handle the 450 heat. It is ceramic. I did like the length of the plates not the width for long wavy hair. The swivel cord is great for hot tools and managing them. I will keep using it for travel because I don't take my Lange anywhere and it will be fine. I will be using it more to find which products may speed up the process for my type hair. I think either color wow dream coat or dry at liquid glass will speed it up and protect hair. I was given this product in turn for a review. Overall I do like it if I can speed the process up. I will keep working with it and be using it as back up and travel. I would suggest for drugstore straightener this one would be it because it says 450 but if there is one that does 450 with larger plates that's what I'd get for long corse wavy hair

Nice 1" straightener

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wavy hair naturally, and when I let it air dry it can be a little unruly. There's a lot of texture and my waves are going all different directions. I hardly ever wear my hair straight because I just prefer a good wave or curl, but it's nice once in a while. I thought this was a nice straightener. I had the temperature at 380 and had to do a few passes over the hair to completely straighten it, but I'd rather that than having the temp too high. Overall would recommend. Oh and I loved the touch screen!

A very good flat iron

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have long 3b/3c curly hair, so I don't straighten my hair that often. However, when I do, I need a flat iron that can handle the texture of my hair. I decided to straighten my hair recently for an event, and I used this product. It did the job much better than I expected! After blow drying, I used the flat iron and had absolutely no problems with it. It took a few passes per section of hair, but it truly got the job done. The only reason why I gave it four stars is because it retained the heat a little too much, and I don't like when my flat irons become too hot. Really good product overall!

Hot enough for thick curls

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have insanely thick and unmanagable hair (3C bleached and over processed) This flat iron was able to get me close to bone straight with minimal blowdrying first. I would have given it the full 5 stars but the gap between the plate and the end was a little too big to get my roots so I did end up using a pressing comb. I loved the touch sensors and how easy it was to lock onto my desired temperature. (Highest heat for me) I would definitely recommend this product for the look alone, but the function is wonderful too.

Love this flat iron!

It goes up to 450F degrees. It's a 1IN ceramic flat iron & has 4 LED Heat settings. It heats up super fast & also automatically turns off. Buy it!
