Q: Has anyone had a problem with the first burner not lighting? We have had it two weeks and when igniting the first one no longer lights. Wondering how that can be fixed?

A: Thank you for your question. This is most likely a result of the regulators flow limiting feature being activated. This feature will limit the flow of gas/ pressure to your BBQs manifold resulting in one or more burners not lighting, poor flame quality and, low heat. The cause is most commonly improper lighting ( having one or more knobs in the open position, before the tank is opened), or trying to light too many times, without the proper shut down and restart, and finally, a poor connection found between the regulator, propane tank, side burner, and main manifold ( you’ll need to perform a leak test). For troubleshooting support please contact the customer support line at 1-800-275-4617

A: Yes, you can use either the Coleman Rotisserie (85-1994-6) or the Master Chef Rotisserie (85-2228-6) for this Coleman BBQ.

Q: How long will it last before I have to buy new one
6 years agoA: Thank you for your question. It depends on how the grill is maintained. If you follow the steps outlined in the Safety and Care manual, and routinely clean and dry the exterior surfaces and remove, clean and season the parts indicated in the interior cook system this grill can last beyond the 5-year limited warranty. The key is how you take care of it!
