J'ai acheté 2 de ces produits (Matelas) a Jonquière et après un essai les matelas était de très mauvaise qualité. Après avoir essayé de les retourner et me faire rembourser nous avons eu un très mauvais service pour nous dire a la fin que nous pouvions que l'échanger avec le même matelas de mauvaise qualité.... J'ai payé 160$ pour rien. Personne nous a indiqué qu'ils n'étaient pas remboursable lors de l'achat et lors du retour pour échange la femme la étampé devant moi comme quoi ils étaient pas remboursable après m'avoir dit que la caissière lors de l'achat aurait due l'étamper... Très décu du service recu

Better than expected

Purchased to replace the air mattress's in a cot bed. Better than original. Valve arrangement allows pump emptying of mattress. Velour on upper surface avoids a clammy experience.

Acheté le 6 juillet 2025. Utilisé neuf nuits au total, réparties sur deux séjours. J'ai dû le gonfler plusieurs fois. Il s'est complètement dégonflé pendant la nuit. J'ai essayé de regonfler le matelas, mais deux des marques rondes incrustées dans la housse grise se sont détachées, provoquant une détonation. J'ai contacté l'entreprise le 30 août 2025 via le formulaire du site web. Aucune réponse à ce jour. D'autres cas similaires ont été signalés par le commerçant. Aucune garantie du vendeur et aucune réponse du fabricant…

Bad product and no after-sales service

Purchased July 6, 2025. Used for a total of 9 nights spread over 2 stays. Had to inflate more than once. Deflated completely during the night. Tried to inflate the mattress again, and 2 of the round marks embedded in the gray cover came off, emitting a detonation. Contacted the company on August 30, 2025, using the website form. No response received to date. Other similar cases reported by the merchant. No warranty from the seller and no response from the manufacturer...
No, I do not recommend this product.

A: Hello! Thank you for your question. Please be advised that this bed does not come with a pump. However, you can use any kind of Coleman pump. Also, you can use a manual pump with the correct nozzle fitting to fill this airbed.

Q: We bought the queen Coleman air mattress with 3D pump. Used for couple of months. Expected it to “stretch out” a bit initially, but It deflates ALOT now, more with each use. Is this covered by warranty?
