Q: Is it 45000 btu plus 9000 btu for side burner, or 45000 btu including side burner?
5 years agoA: It doesn't matter what they say it is, because the one I have sure doesn't crank out that much heat. Not even close.

Q: We have everything hooked up, even the missed step and looks like it is all correct. Even did the reset of the regulator flow limiting feature. It will light a bit but then go out. Has this happened anyone? And suggestions about what to do?
4 years agoA: Thanks for your question. I would recommend the regulator reset one more time, before doing a leak test. If you can’t get burners to light and they are blowing out, you have either a pressure issue, gas leak or you are out of propane. The regulator reset allows you to clear the line completely. If none of these options work, then you should switch your regulator.
