Q: I have a marble shower with black mold on the caulking, can I use CLR Bleach Free Mold & Mildew Stain Remover to fix the problem?

1 Answer
  • A: While our CLR Mold & Mildew Clear is safe to use on marble, it's specifically formulated to remove topical stains caused by mold or mildew at the beginning stages of growth and does not contain any chemicals that will kill mold or mildew or prevent the spores from growing back. Per information found on our website: If mold is left on surface, like rubber gaskets, silicone caulking or grout, for even a week, mold can embed into surface, in which case product will no longer work effectively.
