Good cookware, but watch out for inconsistent stor

I own several PADERNO pans and woks and successfully exchanged a pan under the lifetime warranty last year with zero issues. The wok itself performs well, though the non-stick coating on the bottom eventually began scratching and peeling off after normal household use. While Canadian Tire advertises a "lifetime exchange warranty redeemable at any store" on this page, policy enforcement is completely inconsistent depending on the location. When I brought the defective wok to the Richmond Hill store (11720 Yonge St), staff and the store manager (whose name starts with P) gave me shifting excuses—first claiming exchanges are only valid for 1 year, then saying it’s a "first-time exchange only," and finally insisting on a 90-day limit before refusing service entirely. I was eventually able to get it replaced smoothly at a different Canadian Tire store, but be aware that some store managers will invent their own rules to avoid honoring the advertised lifetime exchange warranty.

Q: Are the Paderno classic non stick wok able to be used with high heat, most non stick pans damage when used with high heat. How does this actually hold up over time with high heat frying. Would love to get one
